Nina spent a week working with Wexford Festival Opera as a Projection Design Consultant on their season’s opening show, Koanga, directed by Michael Gieleta, conducted by Stephen Barlow and designed by James Macnamara with lighting by Ian Somerville.

The role entailed mentoring a budding designer as he made the often-underestimated and complex transition from broadcast media maker to live video designer.

It was a wonderful introduction to a fantastic opera festival and a great creative team.
